# Relatório de Opt-out (legado)

É simples visualizar os números de telefone que pediram saída do seu fluxo de mensagens.

Na plataforma acesse seu menu lateral e expanda a guia de mensageria selecione a opção **Relatórios**.

Na guia de Relatórios acesse o menu de listas:

Segmente o período que deseja visualizar dentro do relatório:

E clique em exportar.

Você será redirecionado para uma página com todos os relatórios solicitados pelo seu usuário e o novo relatório irá estar nessa lista, escolha qual deles você deseja extrair e clique em “Download”.

Pronto, a plataforma vai gerar um relatório no formato de csv para que você visualize seus dados.
