# Sinch Engage Dashboards

Você terá a visualização desses campos caso tenha as permissões de:

* Administrador;
* Editor/Despachante;
* Expedidor;

Para acessar o recurso utilize seu menu lateral esquerdo:

Os ícones visualizados no seu menu lateral variam de acordo com seu nível de permissionamento da plataforma.

Você terá duas funções disponíveis:

* **Minhas análises:** A plataforma, de forma nativa, permite que você cruze alguns dados para que você crie sua própria análise.
* **Todas as análises:** A plataforma tem alguns dashboards padrão para que faça analise de dados, você pode exportar qualquer um desses dados listados e aplicar períodos de tempo.

Ao ser direcionado para tela de dashboards, você poderá escolher entre a visualização das informações por dias ou semanas e também segmentar um filtro de data para busca:

Se atente ao filtro de data estipulado, ele que coordenará todos os gráficos que a plataforma gera.
