# Finalizar um atendimento

Para finalizar um atendimento, basta utilizar o botão: Terminar.

Caso seja configurado a obrigatoriedade de inserir Notas e/ou Tags, isso deverá ser feito ao terminar uma Conversa, conforme mostrado na seguinte imagem:

Adicione as informações necessárias para finalização do atendimento:

Clique em terminar.

* Lembre-se que caso você tenha mais chamados alocados ao seu usuário, o ticket já estará listado em sua tela.
