# Tags

As tags definidas aqui estão disponíveis para agentes no espaço de trabalho. Tornar as tags obrigatórias ao encerrar uma conversa fará com que o agente defina pelo menos uma tag antes de encerrar uma conversa. O seu bot também pode aplicar as tags de forma automática.
Geralmente elas são utilizadas para tabular o atendimento, ou seja, informar o motivo do contato do cliente com a sua empresa.
Você pode definir se ela será obrigatória ou não e também suas cores. Para adicionar uma nova tag basta clicar no botão: , ele está localizado no canto direito da página.
Ao clicar nele, você vai visualizar uma tela como essa:
Aplique um nome e uma cor a sua tag.
Pronto, agora elas estarão disponíveis para categorizar seus atendimentos.
