# Notas
As notas podem ser usadas para adicionar informações internas a uma conversa, predefinidas ou de forma livre.
As notas definidas aqui são notas predefinidas disponíveis para agentes na extensão Detalhes da conversa no espaço de trabalho.
Tornar notas obrigatórias ao encerrar uma conversa fará com que o agente adicione pelo menos uma nota antes de encerrar uma conversa.
Para adicionar uma nova nota basta clicar no botão: , ele está localizado no canto direito da página.
Você será direcionado para uma tela como essa:
Basta definir um nome padrão para sua nota e o conteúdo do texto e ele ficará disponível para seu agente ao finalizar o atendimento.
