# Mensagens automáticas

## Ausências

Defina a mensagem de resposta automática que será enviada dentro do prazo definido.

Para adicionar uma mensagem de ausência basta clicar no botão: , <img src="/files/bORDHarARt4naHCrGyHr" alt="" data-size="line">ele está localizado no canto direito da página.

Uma tela como essa será listada:

Basta preencher os dias e horários que a plataforma deve enviar as mensagens de ausência.

Seu usuário final passará por seu seu fluxo e a plataforma colhe todas as informações necessárias, no final ao invés do transbordo ela informa que não há expediente nesse horário.
