# Dashboards

Na tela inicial, a visualização dos gráficos podem ser adicionadas para mostrar as filas e as conversas tratadas, assim como o nível de serviço das filas selecionadas.

## Adicionando dashboards a tela inicial

Você escolhe quais gráficos deseja visualizar e suas opções estarão disponíveis quando você sair e entrar novamente da plataforma, os gráficos são selecionados um de cada vez:

1\. Clique em Adicionar gráfico:

2\. Selecione o tipo de gráfico clicando nele e em OK. \

**Para adicionar mais gráficos clique em Adicionar novamente.**

3\. A Configuração do gráfico será aberta. \
Selecione o conteúdo e o grupo de filas ou fila.<br>

Os dados do gráfico podem ser personalizados de acordo com as suas preferências, como por exemplo, o título:<br>

A configuração do conteúdo apresentado pode ser segmentado por filas separadas ou do valor acumulado:<br>

E você também pode escolher quais filas o gráfico apresenta dados:<br>

4\. Pressione OK quando tiver concluído as configurações do gráfico e o gráfico estará visível em sua tela inicial.<br>

A Configuração do gráfico também inclui o Remover gráfico caso não queira mais visualizar o conteúdo.
